New Video: Not Ya Mama’s Fish Fry

You know how we do it! We mix it up…all the time…so why change? You’ve gotta watch the video to see what we do – but lemme warn you…this ain’t ya mama’s fish fry! Oh – who am I kidding? I can’t hold good news…so I’ll tell ya. This meal combination is really only common in the Mid-West and in Southern states like Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. Fish & Spaghetti. East Coast folks would never make a meal out of that combo. It’s what I grew up on – so I revisit my childhood a bit. I make a Pecan Encrusted Catfish and instead of Spaghetti…it’s a Spicy Tomato & Chicken Ragu. Oh yea, and I also do some pretty kick ass garlic bread too!
