So there has been a red velvet cupcake revolution – no seriously. I started baking them what – two weeks ago and can you believe I almost have 1,000.00 in revenue from these cupcakes. If this is ANY indication of where my future is headed – then let’s go.
And you know what’s funny is that I don’t even bake. I HATE baking. It’s too methodical and not free flowing – like I tend to be. BUT, the people LOVE these cupcakes.
So, I guess it behooves me to keep the Red Velvet Cupcake Revolution going, right? So…I am.

Cupcakes such as these sell for $3 a piece, and up, in NYC! (Magnolia Bakery) Of course the overhead to owning a bakery is high here also, so they have to charge those prices, but people love really good cupcakes.
